Vertexel Games（代表 Eiki Kumagai、以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するスマートフォン向けゲームアプリ（「ブロックはめパズル」を含み、以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 当方が直接取得する情報
当方は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を直接特定できる情報をアプリ内で取得しません。ゲームの進行状況（スコア、所持コイン、設定など）は利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。
2. 第三者サービスによる情報の取得
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、各サービス提供者が利用者の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。

3. 広告について
本アプリでは、バナー広告、全画面広告（インタースティシャル広告）、および利用者が任意で視聴する報酬付き動画広告を表示します。広告は利用者の興味に基づいて表示される場合があります（パーソナライズド広告）。
パーソナライズド広告は、端末の設定から無効にできます（Android：「設定」＞「Google」＞「広告」＞「広告IDを削除」など。端末により異なります）。欧州経済領域等の利用者には、法令に基づき同意画面を表示します。
アプリ内課金「広告削除」を購入した場合、バナー広告および全画面広告は表示されません（報酬付き広告は利用者が希望した場合のみ表示されます）。
4. アプリ内課金について
アプリ内課金の決済は Google Play を通じて行われます。当方はクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得しません。購入の復元はアプリ内の「購入を復元」から行えます。
5. 情報の利用目的
取得された情報は、広告の配信、アプリ内課金の処理、不具合の調査・サービス改善のために利用されます。
6. 第三者提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。なお、第2項に記載した第三者サービスへの情報送信は、各サービスの仕様に基づいて行われます。
7. お子さまの利用について
本アプリは13歳未満のお子さまを対象としていません。
8. データの削除
アプリ内の「設定」＞「データをリセット」、またはアプリのアンインストールにより、端末内のゲームデータを削除できます。
9. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
Vertexel Games (Representative: Eiki Kumagai; "we") sets out this Privacy Policy for the handling of user information in the smartphone game apps we provide, including "Block Fit Puzzle" (the "Apps"). In case of discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Information we collect directly
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or phone number within our apps. Game progress (scores, coins, settings, etc.) is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.
2. Information collected by third-party services
Our apps use the following third-party services, whose providers may collect and use your information.

3. Advertising
Our apps show banner ads, full-screen (interstitial) ads and optional rewarded video ads. Ads may be personalized based on your interests.
You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads › Delete advertising ID; may vary by device). Users in the EEA and similar regions are shown a consent screen as required by law.
If you purchase "Remove Ads", banner and interstitial ads are no longer shown (rewarded ads appear only when you choose to watch them).
4. In-app purchases
Payments are processed through Google Play. We do not receive credit card numbers or other payment details. Purchases can be restored via "Restore purchases" in the app.
5. Purpose of use
Collected information is used for ad delivery, processing in-app purchases, troubleshooting and improving our services.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. Data sent to the services listed in Section 2 is transmitted according to each service's specifications.
7. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13.
8. Deleting data
You can delete game data on your device via Settings › Reset data in the app, or by uninstalling the app.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page or in the app.
